The NAG-A-THON will run throughout March and April 2006. The idea is to blitz any and every one making decisions at OLTL and ABC Daytime with letter after letter of support for John McBain, Evangeline Williamson, and their incredibly talented portrayers, Michael Easton and Renee Elise Goldsberry.

This is how the NAG-A-THON works:

By either allowing your own ideas to flow freely or using the list of guiding questions to formulate your thoughts, compose your letter of support to the powers that be at OLTL and ABC Daytime and submit that letter to the NAG-A-THON using the form provided, as well as send it to the powers that be. At random times, 2 of the submitted letters that we believe completely capture the spirit of John, Evangeline, and their special story will be chosen to be featured by the NAG-A-THON for a two-week period during March and April. To sweeten the deal, the writer of any featured letter will receive one (1) randomly selected John and Evangeline edit DVD! (Winners will be notified by email and each winner may only win once - Sorry!)

The featured letters will be made available by the NAG-A-THON for print or download by any John and Evangeline supporter who wishes to send it to the powers that be at OLTL and ABC Daytime as a representation of their own thoughts, feelings, and wishes for John and Evangeline.

But the idea is to send as many letters as we possibly can, getting as many John and Evangeline supporters – on and off the Web – to row the boat with us in the same direction, demanding the very best for our two favorite characters, our two favorite actors, and the storyline that so completely touched us all. Grab as many of your friends who are also John and Evangeline supporters but who do not frequent the web and get them to send letters, too. As you know, each piece of snail mail received counts so, by all means, make sure to send a copy of each letter sent to Renee and Michael as well.

But the NAG-A-THON doesn't end there!

The NAG-A-THON will also feature a journal where your daily comments about OLTL can be entered. The only catch is that you cannot enter your comment if you are not watching the show! We want detailed references to each day's or week's episodes of OLTL that support your opinion about what's being done to John, Evangeline, their story, and the stories of other Llanview residents on a daily basis and how it's damaging the integrity and the credibility of the characters and the show as a whole. The aim is to compile a cross-section of opinions that we will be mailing to the powers that be at OLTL and ABC Daytime on a regular basis during March and April. We don't want to read anyone else's opinion about the day's episode. We don't want to read a consensus of opinions about the day's episode. We want to read your own personal opinion about the day's episode and so only comments that are detailed enough to have been compiled by someone who views OLTL regularly will be included. So support Michael, Renee, and their castmates by watching OLTL and voice your opinions about what you're watching by entering your comments in the journal! And pop back often to see what other viewers are saying. It just might inspire you to write another letter to the powers that be...

Remember: No matter what has come before, storylines can be changed at any time. If we present a loud, consistent, and unified voice in support of John and Evangeline, we can make it happen! All it takes is for us all to work together!
